Sr Associate Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in the role of Sr Associate Director.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of software solutions. You will work closely with the team to define and implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
As a seasoned full stack engineer, you will possess a broad and deep understanding of CICD best practices and have core experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Software Development (e.g., secure coding, SDLC, API development, clean code management)
- Testing (e.g., TDD/BDD, automated testing, contract testing, API testing)
- Site Reliability Engineering (e.g., release engineering, observability, risk management)
Your responsibilities will include identifying problems or opportunities, engineering solutions, and delivering results that are valued by the business. You should also have proven industry experience in managing engineering teams, including processes, technologies, challenges, and strategy.
You will apply your thinking across multiple technical domains and contribute to architectural discussions by asking insightful questions to align solutions with business needs. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for system optimization, performance tuning, and scalability improvements, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
