We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr Associate Director.

In this role, you will:

  1. Lead and contribute to the development of software solutions as a senior full stack engineer with expertise in programming (Java and/or Python), API Development, Design Patterns, SDLC, IaC tools, testing, and site reliability engineering.
  2. Define and implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
  3. Possess a broad and deep understanding of CICD best practices and have core experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Software Development (e.g., Secure coding, SDLC, API development, clean code management)
  • Testing (e.g., TDD/BDD, Automated testing, Contract testing, API testing)
  • Site Reliability Engineering (e.g., Release engineering, Observability, Risk management)

Additionally, you should:

  1. Identify problems or opportunities, engineer solutions, and deliver results that are valued by the business, demonstrating a holistic view of problem-solving and understanding of business impact.
  2. Have proven industry experience in managing engineering teams, including processes, technologies, challenges, and strategy, with expertise in strategy, business planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
  3. Apply your thinking across multiple technical domains and contribute to architectural discussions by asking insightful questions to align solutions with business needs.
  4. Identify opportunities for system optimization, performance tuning, and scalability improvements, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  5. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
