About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer specializing in building production-ready agentic AI systems. You'll design and deploy autonomous AI applications that can reason, plan, and execute complex multi-step tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or custom orchestration
  • Develop RAG systems with advanced retrieval, re-ranking, and dynamic context management
  • Architect and deploy sophisticated multi-agent and hybrid-search RAG systems using frameworks like LangGraph and graph databases (Neo4j).
  • Implement multi-layer LLM security programs (OWASP LLM Top 10 aligned) and advanced prompt engineering strategies to optimize for cost, quality, and safety.
  • Design multi-agent architectures with tool-calling capabilities, memory systems, and state management
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies including chain-of-thought reasoning and few-shot optimization
  • Create evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails for autonomous agents
  • Integrate multiple LLMs (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini) and optimize for performance and cost
  • Build custom tools extending agent capabilities for domain-specific applications
Experience
  • 4+ years software engineering experience with expert Python proficiency, ideally in AI/ML
  • 1+ years hands-on experience building production agentic AI systems
  • Proven experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
  • Production experience with RAG systems and vector databases
Technical Skills
  • Agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
  • Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ML services
  • Prompt engineering and agentic design patterns (ReAct, MRKL)
  • AI safety, monitoring, and observability tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fine-tuning experience (LoRA, QLoRA)
  • Natural Language Processing
  • Multimodal AI systems experience
  • Open-source contributions or publications
