Role and Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on LLMs for NLP tasks.
  • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for knowledge-intensive applications.
  • Explore and experiment with AGI-inspired architectures to push the boundaries of long-term AI capabilities.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover insights, predictions, and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable systems.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve models for accuracy, fairness, and efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with cutting-edge research in LLMs, generative AI, and AGI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred for research-heavy roles).
  • Solid background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, or Mistral.
  • Familiarity with RAG methods, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of AGI concepts, multi-agent systems, and advanced reasoning models.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving, research aptitude, and communication skills.
