Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of enterprise NLP applications, semantic search, and embedding-based retrieval.
  • Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and A/B evaluation for generative outputs.
  • Background in domains involving safety-critical systems, enterprise operations, or process automation.
  • Awareness of data governance, access control, and security principles when working with GenAI in regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and fine-tune LLM-based assistants using models such as GPT, DeepSeek, or LLaMA to deliver contextual support, automated content generation, and dynamic workflow guidance.
  • Integrate Generative AI pipelines into complex enterprise processes involving compliance-sensitive data, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and explainability.
  • Collaborate across engineering and product teams to develop natural language interfaces, knowledge retrieval systems, and AI copilots.
  • Employ prompt engineering, embedding models, and RAG architectures to align LLM responses with domain-specific knowledge graphs.
  • Ensure AI output quality through evaluation frameworks focused on hallucination control, factual consistency, and task reliability.
