  • Maintain and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure, including internet, network, and computer systems.
  • Handle procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and related hardware/software.
  • Coordinate with and manage external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and supply needs.
  • Oversee minor office maintenance and supervise ongoing construction or repair work.
  • Lead and supervise junior support staff, including office boys and cleaning personnel, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Organize and manage internal office events, team lunches, picnics, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and fully functional office environment.
  • Maintain detailed records, reports, and logs using Microsoft Excel and Word, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Be flexible and available to work beyond regular hours if required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support, administration, or office operations.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including formulas, data analysis, reporting) and Word.
