To look after the matters of billing and cash management, the responsibilities include:

  1. Compare bills with Goods Received Note (GRN).
  2. Check bills thoroughly for discrepancies.
  3. Prepare and send bills to the Finance department to process vendor's payment.
  4. Reconciliation and bill validation.
  5. Handling queries of clients regarding payments.
  6. Maintain all the bills and records.
  7. Maintain and update the database of consumable items.
  8. Compose and design NAKHLAH's medals, shields, etc.
  9. Purchase and Service Requisition (PSR) and Goods Received Note (GRN) issuance, document processing, and submission.
