Responsibilities:

  1. Daily visits to management offices, departments, and factory premises, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with rules and regulations of the company.
  2. Resolve all admin staff grievances.
  3. Guide all admin staff on how to create a pleasant environment and the benefits of working in this environment.
  4. Ensure that all admin operations (Reception, Security, General Purchasing, and Housekeeping) are running smoothly; in case of any abnormality, provide solutions to problems.
  5. Provide administrative support in all company events.
  6. Ensure the implementation of departmental and external SOPs and policies.
  7. Modify SOPs and policies with CSD if required.
  8. Prepare and modify JSPs as per designation with CSD.
  9. Meet with suppliers/vendors for the finalization of quotations and get them approved from MOSB/MD/CEO (Equipment/General Items).
