Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islāmābād, Pakistan, for a Sales Executive / Investment Advisor. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their investment needs, and advising them on the best real estate options. The officer will conduct market research, identify potential investments, negotiate sales, and maintain client relationships. The role also includes preparing and presenting investment reports.

Qualifications

  • Atleast 2 years of experience in real estate
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Investment Advising and market research
  • Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting investment reports
  • Knowledge of the real estate market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Islāmābād, Pakistan
