Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent at The Logic Design in Lahore. The Sales Agent will be responsible for communication with clients, providing customer service, sales activities, insurance operations, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in B2B telemarketing or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Slack and sales processes.
  • Persistence in handling objections.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Training in sales techniques and product knowledge provided.
