About the job: Senior Operations Manager (F&B) - (H-354)

Job Description
  1. Command of all restaurant operations.
  2. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
  3. Managing budgets and creating staffing rotas.
  4. Planning menus and ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation.
  5. Promoting and marketing the business.
  6. Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
  7. Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  8. Managing reservations, greeting, and advising customers.
  9. Problem solving and preparing staffing/sales reports.
  10. Maintaining statistical and financial records.
  11. Assessing and improving profitability.
  12. Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives.
  13. Implementing improvements to the business operations and developing the restaurant.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, social sciences, or related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience.
