Senior ServiceNow Developers - HRSD/ CMDB/ SamPro

We are seeking highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers and Analysts with ServiceNow Certifications in HRSD, CMDB and SAMPro to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions within our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform expertise, and a strong background in Health Sciences and Biosciences IT environments.

  • ServiceNow Business Analysts: Define and articulate project requirements and ensure project execution aligns with stakeholder expectations. Participate in ServiceNow Transformation Project and Proven track record in requirements gathering. Experience with ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Incident Manager: The IT Incident and Service Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering IT Services to ensure that they are stabilized and optimized to drive positive customer experiences and extreme satisfaction. This role manages the process to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations. Continuous improvement of service delivery is key while leveraging best practices according to the ITIL framework. Strong understanding of Incident management (P1/P2) and Problem Management. Experience with ServiceNow ticketing software and Experience working in a multi-domain environment. ITIL4 Certified.

ServiceNow Developers must:

  • Design, code, debug, document, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, homepages, and database views to provide actionable insights to IT leadership.
  • Lead platform upgrades, feature adoption, and new module implementations to optimize ServiceNow utilization.
  • Develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI components, and business rules to support enterprise IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and product owners to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Establish coding standards, governance models, and best practices to ensure system integrity and compliance.
  • Work closely with ServiceNow, Inc. to align enterprise roadmaps with the latest platform capabilities.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance, compliance, and security posture of ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop work instructions, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles to support internal teams.
  • Escalate complex platform issues and work directly with ServiceNow, Inc. for resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform administration, development, and implementation.
  • Proven ServiceNow Development and implementation expertise, particularly in HRSD, SAMPro, HAMPro, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
  • Strong integration experience with Workday, Dynamics 365, Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Deep understanding of ITIL processes, asset management lifecycle, and regulatory compliance in Health Sciences and Biosciences industries (e.g., HITRUST, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and drive platform innovation.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
