Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our Flavors & Ingredients Division. The role focuses on B2B sales, business development, lead generation, and building strong client relationships. Technical expertise in food science and product knowledge is required to drive sales and provide clients with the right solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Bachelors in Food Science and Technology is an added benefit

Experience:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales
  • Specialty Food Ingredients (Specialty Fats, Cocoa & related products) / Flavors preferred

Skills:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food ingredients and specialty chemicals sector
  • Generate and qualify leads to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide technical product knowledge and support to clients
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
