We are a fast-growing knitted garment manufacturing company known for quality, innovation, and reliability. As we expand into new markets, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to help us drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and boost our brand presence both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and distributors.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, buyer meetings, and industry events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to align marketing with product development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
  • Strong understanding of the apparel market, especially knitted garments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and B2B sales channels.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, if required.
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
