Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Manager in the pipe industry, located in Lahore. The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales projects, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. This role involves market research, identification of business opportunities, negotiation of contracts, and collaboration with the production and marketing teams to ensure products meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure projects across real estate, government, and industrial sectors
  • Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and procurement heads
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, BOQs, and pricing for pipe and water tank projects
  • Monitor project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Manage tender submissions and ensure proper documentation and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the pipe industry and market trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and oversee project implementation
  • Proficiency in market research and business development
  • Experience with project management and contract negotiations
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
