About Us:

We're building a high-performance Amazon services agency based in Kohinoor, Faisalabad. We work with private-label and growth-stage brands to optimize their Amazon catalog, listings, and overall storefront performance. You'll join a small, focused team where execution, clarity, and ownership matter.

Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Amazon Catalog Manager who can own and execute catalog health, flat file uploads, listing creation/optimization, and troubleshooting across marketplaces. You'll work directly with brand owners and internal account managers to ensure listings are high-converting, compliant, and technically sound.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, update, and optimize Amazon listings using flat files (including variations, bullets, titles, backend keywords, images/A+ content coordination).

- Diagnose and resolve catalog issues: suppressed listings, errors (e.g., variation, EAN/UPC conflicts, contribution holds), merge/split ASIN problems.

- Manage product identifiers (GTIN exemption, EAN/UPC assignment) and ensure correct barcode usage.

- Handle bulk uploads and template management across categories and marketplaces.

- Monitor listing health dashboards and proactively fix emerging problems.

- Coordinate with creative/ copy teams to ensure listing content aligns with best practices (SEO + conversion).

- Manage Amazon cases related to catalog problems, draft clear case narratives, and follow through until resolution.

- Maintain SOPs for catalog tasks and train junior team members as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 1+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon catalogs (Seller Central preferred).

- Deep familiarity with flat files: creating, editing, troubleshooting, and uploading.

- Experience with common listing errors (suppressed, 8572-type errors, contribution/merchant token issues, variation mapping).

- Strong understanding of Amazon's product taxonomy, search relevance, and listing structure.

- Comfortable reading and editing Excel/Google Sheets templates with formulas.

- Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for sloppy data; you catch issues before they go live.

- Good written English (case narratives, internal documentation).

- Ability to work independently and communicate status clearly.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with GTIN exemption process.

- Prior work with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar for listing optimization.

- Familiarity with multiple marketplaces (e.g., UK, US, CA).

- Basic understanding of Amazon SEO vs PPC interplay.
