Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an eCommerce Key Account Manager, specialized in Amazon, located in Mississauga, ON. The role involves managing key accounts, particularly on Amazon, to drive growth and sales. Day-to-day tasks include executing business plans, analyzing sales data, developing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for customer service and effective handling of key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
  • Experience in Account Management and handling Key Accounts successfully
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in eCommerce, especially Amazon, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
