Role Overview:

We're hiring a Junior Brand Manager to assist in the day-to-day management of Amazon accounts. This is a cross-functional role involving catalog support, performance tracking, basic reporting, and client communication. You'll work closely with our senior brand managers and specialists, learning how to manage accounts end-to-end and directly impact brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:


•Support senior brand managers in executing day-to-day account tasks.


•Monitor listing health, suppressed ASINs, stranded inventory, and account KPIs.


•Coordinate between catalog, PPC, and creative teams to ensure task alignment.


•Help prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and data summaries.


•Draft and submit support cases to Amazon for basic catalog or listing issues.


•Keep client sheets, trackers, and project boards (ClickUp/Sheets) updated.


•Take ownership of smaller accounts or specific tasks over time.


•Learn and maintain SOPs related to account management.

Must-Have Qualifications:


•6 months to 1 year of experience in Amazon account support, catalog, or operations.


•Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and its key modules.


•Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.


•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


•Willingness to learn and grow into a full brand manager role.


•Good written English for client communication and Amazon case writing.

Nice-to-Have:


•Experience with reporting tools or performance dashboards.


•Familiarity with Amazon marketplaces beyond the US.


•Experience in catalog uploads, PPC basics, or keyword research.


•Project management exposure (ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools).
