Savage Scale is a digital marketing agency that helps e-commerce startups grow faster with powerful digital marketing, automation, and web solutions. Specializing in performance-driven services for online brands, we offer services ranging from building Shopify & WordPress websites to running high-ROI Meta and Google ad campaigns. Our expertise also extends to crafting engaging social media strategies, professional logos, and smart email/WhatsApp marketing funnels to boost conversions and customer retention.

Role Description

Our agency is growing fast and we're looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to manage and optimize Meta & Google Ad campaigns for our e-commerce clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads
  • Proven results with e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Deep understanding of pixel tracking, remarketing, and creative testing
  • Strong with campaign structure, reporting & scaling ad accounts
  • No degree required — results, experience, and mindset matter most
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify stores or automation tools

Your Role:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google
  • Analyze performance and report results clearly
  • Suggest creative angles and funnel improvements

Contract/Full-Time to start,

Pay based on experience + performance bonuses
