Overview

Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is a rapidly growing international digital marketing company. We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team and help expand our client base through effective outreach and relationship-building.

Job Summary

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to new and existing customers, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your goal is to consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential new customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM or tracking tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: A/O Levels.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably telesales or customer-facing roles).
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Working Hours
  • UK Campaign Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • US Campaign Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
