Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive + Telesales . This position will be target-oriented, with a goal of achieving 2 times the salary as an incentive for meeting targets on 2nd month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation (Telesales):
- Cold calling and outreach to potential clients.
- Qualifying leads and building the sales pipeline.
- Business Development:
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Scheduling meetings with clients and delivering sales pitches.
- Nurturing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Implementing marketing strategies on social media platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Achieving Targets:
- Achieving set sales targets, which will be a core aspect of the role.
- The salary will be linked to achieving 2 x the target or 1.5 million new sales, making it an incentive-driven role.
Skills Required:
- Telesales Expertise: Strong experience in telesales, lead generation, and closing deals over the phone.
- Business Development Skills: Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Social Media Marketing Knowledge: Experience in handling social media campaigns, paid ads, and organic growth strategies.
- Target-Oriented Approach: A strong drive to meet sales goals and the ability to work under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, persuasive communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience: Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in telesales, business development, or social media marketing.
- Training session will be held before on boarding.
