
Telesales Executive

- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and offer tailored tech solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Company's services to prospects via virtual meetings or in-person sessions.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Consultant and technical team to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT services or software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development services is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Education: Bachelor\'s (Required)
