Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects. The ideal candidate has at least 1+ years of project management experience and is eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Help identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on action items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or Agile certifications).
  • Experience working in a software development or tech environment.
