Responsibilities

  1. Work with lead PM on several internal projects to further enhance project management process.
  2. Own the full event lifecycle: from pre-sales to post-event closure calls, ensuring successful event delivery.
  3. Provide on-site leadership for the project team by motivating team members to meet project goals, responsibilities, and milestones.
  4. Collaborate with development and event setup teams to ensure timely delivery of event customization and client requests.
  5. Report on event success criteria, metrics, and manage test and deployment activities.
  6. Apply project management practices and engineer processes to deliver high-quality results and encourage renewals.
  7. Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
  8. Procure resources needed to meet project objectives within planned timeframes.
  9. Manage day-to-day project activities and resources, and lead project team meetings.
  10. Provide status updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.
  11. Understand dependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  12. Ensure the technical accuracy, scalability, and quality of events through collaboration with development teams.
  13. Measure and optimize processes to increase customer renewal rates and satisfaction scores.
  14. Conduct post-event feedback calls, gather testimonials, and create follow-up actions.
  15. Develop and deliver reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.
  16. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and program teams.

Skills

  1. Bachelor's Degree in technology, computer science, or IT preferred.
  2. Ability to work during US/Canada hours (EST).
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
  5. Interpersonal skills to influence, facilitate, and enhance performance.
  6. Decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and prioritizing tasks.
