Associate PMO Analyst

As a crucial member of the CureMD Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and strategic initiatives. The PMO, often referred to as the brain of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), centralizes project management, driving end-to-end oversight and excellence in project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Leadership, Teams and Stakeholders for Programs, Projects, Processes and Performance related deliverables, reports and data analysis.
2. Responsible for providing progress reports; continuously improving projects, processes and people maturity based on Excellence KPIs and metrics outlined across the enterprise.
3. Build project plans, keeping projects on budget, tracking progress, ensuring quality, managing risks and analyzing project data to identify areas of improvement.
4. Apply data-led Evidence Based Management, Decision Support and Performance Coaching which makes you a thinker, facilitator, problem solver and agent of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Sciences or any other relevant discipline.
2. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
3. Strong understanding of Agile product development framework.
4. Strong knowledge of software project management and cost, quality, timeline and risk management objectives.
5. Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Clickup, Microsoft Project or similar project management environments.
6. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for management presentations.
7. Comfortable leading discussions in a cross-functional group to identify issues and resolutions.
8. Understanding of Information Technology infrastructure, service and security.
9. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to manage product development.
10. Knowledge of software release, change management and DevOps.
11. Effective interpersonal skills including motivation, persuasion, and collaboration.
12. Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
