Job Overview:

As a crucial member of the CureMD Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and strategic initiatives. The PMO, often referred to as the brain of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), centralizes project management, driving end-to-end oversight and excellence in project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Leadership, Teams, and Stakeholders on programs, projects, processes, and performance-related deliverables, reports, and data analysis.
  2. Provide progress reports; continuously improve projects, processes, and people maturity based on Excellence KPIs and metrics outlined across the enterprise.
  3. Build project plans, keep projects on budget, track progress, ensure quality, manage risks, and analyze project data to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Apply data-led Evidence-Based Management, Decision Support, and Performance Coaching to facilitate continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Sciences, or relevant discipline.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile product development framework.
  • Knowledge of software project management, including cost, quality, timeline, and risk management objectives.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Ability to lead discussions and collaborate across functions to identify issues and solutions.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, services, and security.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills for product development management.
  • Knowledge of software release, change management, and DevOps practices.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including motivation, persuasion, and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
