Investment Advisor

At Arclink, we seek driven Investment Advisors to join our team through our prestigious Future Leaders Programme. As an Investment Advisor, you'll play a key role in selling property units, engaging with clients, and ensuring that their needs are met through personalized demonstrations and effective deal closures. You will represent Arclink, providing an exceptional customer experience and a seamless process.

• Analyze and understand client requirements in detail.
• Present and explain relevant property units to clients.
• Conducted demonstrations, facilitated site visits, and ensured timely deal closures.
• Follow up with clients to accommodate any changes in their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve daily KPIs (calls/meetings).
• Generate leads, drive sales, and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Gain comprehensive product knowledge and familiarize yourself with routes and sites for accurate client briefings.
• Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

• Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, or recent graduates eager to start their career.
• Salary: 50k-70k Pkr
• Location: Islamabad.
• Education: Graduation/Masters or equivalent.
• Strong skills in customer interaction and company presentation.
• Effective sales pitch and meeting preparation abilities.
• Excellent presentation, rapport-building, and time-management skills.
