Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Investment Professional to spearhead our sales initiative and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants & Investment Advisors in a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Oversee client interactions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and delivering outstanding demonstrations and deal closures.
  • Monitor and support team performance to meet daily KPIs (calls/meetings).
  • Generate and manage leads, drive sales efforts, and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members, enhancing their sales techniques and client engagement skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial and tax regulations to guide the team effectively and ensure compliance.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships to support long-term business success.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong coaching abilities with experience in developing and guiding a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial and tax matters related to the industry.
  • Excellent customer interaction, presentation, and sales pitch skills.
  • Effective meeting preparation, rapport-building, and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to rise to challenges and drive team success.
