• Act as SPOC for the solutions/ applications being developed, interacting with the client.
• Participate in scoping, estimating efforts, etc.
• Collaborate on creating milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, dependencies, etc.
• Collaborate and develop an OMS strategy that aligns with the client's objectives.
• Drive solution architecture, design and maintain efficient, and reusable customizations.
• Make critical technical decisions to meet client expectations.
• Define best practices and standards.
• Define the code review process for the team to follow and perform code reviews for customizations.
• Ensure that the team maintains a high level of technical competence.
• Provide thought leadership by identifying business problems and developing ideas to build solutions & frameworks to offer to various clients and monetization.
• Generate and execute skill-building plans.
• Assist in hiring the right talent for the organization.

• 12+ years of experience in PIM (Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo, etc.) and Java/J2EE, JavaScript.
• Mandatory experience in PIM implementation with two different products (like Salsify & InRiver).
• Designing the overall architecture of the PIM system, including data models, workflows, and integration points.
• Designing and implementing integrations between the PIM system and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, e-commerce platforms, and DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
• Customizing the PIM solution to handle specific business needs, such as product attributes, categories, and classifications, workflows.
• Experience with Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN).
• Experience in implementing security measures to protect sensitive product information, including access controls, encryption, and audit trails.
• Experience planning for scalability to accommodate growing data volumes and increasing numbers of users and integrations.
• Experience in web services (REST & SOAP).
• Knowledge/Experience with any public cloud like AWS, AZURE, or GCP is an added advantage.
• Very strong experience in designing medium to large enterprise applications.
• Should have knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, Rabbit MQ, JMS, etc.).
• Exposure to authentication, authorization, and SSO using JWT, OAuth, and SAML is required.
• Experience in pre-sales from defining end-to-end solution architecture covering technical, deployment architectures, non-functional & performance aspects, and proposals.
• Experience in the retail (e-commerce) domain is mandatory.
• Very strong implementation experience using Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, and clean code principles.
• Should have client-facing experience and have worked in matrix organization & onsite-offshore models.
• Experience in using estimation techniques like (Use-case, FP, and Story points).
• Experience in creating presentations, and demos for customers and internal management team.
• Experience in Agile execution methodology is mandatory.
• Should have excellent verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in practice-related activities like Developing POC, Accelerators development, Tools/Framework/Platform evaluation, and contribution to Marketing collaterals.
