Job Description

We are seeking a Product Information Management (PIM) Architect with strong technical skills and leadership abilities to lead our product information management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing efficient product information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to develop solutions and plan milestones.
  • Design and implement customizations, drive technical decisions, and define best practices.
  • Develop skill-building plans for team members, assist in hiring talent, and motivate the team.
  • Contribute to white papers, blogs, pre-sales activities, and practice-related initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 12+ years of experience in PIM, Java/J2EE, and JavaScript.
  • Prior experience with two different PIM products and knowledge of global data synchronization networks.
  • Experience designing medium to large enterprise applications, web services, and messaging systems.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and SSO principles, as well as pre-sales and Agile execution methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of public cloud platforms like AWS, AZURE, or GCP.
  • Experience with test-driven development, domain-driven design, and clean code principles.
  • Client-facing experience and proficiency in creating presentations and demos.

The successful candidate will be a thought leader who can identify business problems and develop innovative solutions. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and onsite-offsite models.
