Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, introduce them to our services, and schedule follow-ups or appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with leads over the phone.
Job Timings:
- 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads lists.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers.
- Identify client needs and match them with the appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
- Handle objections effectively and provide accurate responses to inquiries.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on product/service offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
