Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Caller to join our remote sales team. You will handle hot inbound leads with regional exclusivity, engaging decision-makers, and closing high-ticket deals for web, mobile, and marketing services.

This role is perfect for someone confident on the phone, who understands consultative B2B sales, and thrives on closing impactful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage and follow up with pre-qualified, warm leads provided by our marketing and partnerships team
  2. Build rapport quickly and understand client needs in sectors like FinTech, SaaS, and digital platforms
  3. Deliver persuasive pitches aligned with JZTech's offerings and pricing models
  4. Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, coordination, closing
  5. Collaborate with internal project managers and leadership for handoff after deal closure
  6. Maintain CRM updates, lead status, and pipeline forecasts
  7. Contribute feedback to optimize lead quality, sales materials, and onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales or inside sales (preferably in tech, marketing, or SaaS)
  • Strong spoken and written English (Other languages are a bonus)
  • High emotional intelligence and a confident, consultative phone presence
  • Familiarity with CRMs and remote communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Notion)
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and driven by performance and targets

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling web/app development, digital marketing, or UI/UX services
  • Previous remote or international sales experience
  • Understanding of FinTech or regulated industries
