We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be solely responsible for lead generation, outreach strategy, pipeline management, and nurturing qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in outbound B2B sales within the tech and AI sectors and will be comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
As a Strategic Sales Specialist , you will collaborate closely with the leadership team, leveraging your knowledge of the sales process to educate and implement best practices. If you are proactive, technically literate, and have a deep understanding of tech sales funnels, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation through effective outbound prospecting strategies (cold calling, emailing, social selling, etc.).
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline, from initial outreach to conversion of leads into qualified opportunities.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage senior technology decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product Managers.
- Nurture and guide leads through the sales funnel, using effective communication to move them toward sales readiness.
- Work independently in a remote setting, taking full ownership of the sales function.
- Educate the founder and internal teams on effective sales practices, providing insights to improve overall sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools to ensure seamless pipeline management and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales (SDR, BDR, or Business Development roles).
- Proven track record of working with tech companies, reputable software houses, IT consultancies, or AI startups, and understanding their sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in selling to senior-level decision-makers in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive approach to work.
