About the RoleKhan Strategic Advisors is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager to lead our business development initiatives and email marketing efforts. This is a dual-focused role where you will drive growth, manage digital engagement channels, and lead a high-performing team to achieve measurable results.
If you're passionate about sales, email marketing, and team leadership, this role offers the opportunity to combine all three while shaping our growth strategy. Experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and lead generation tools like Apollo is essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategic Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue.
- Lead outreach initiatives and ensure alignment with company sales goals.
- Collaborate across marketing, operations, and sales to optimize lead generation pipelines.
- Utilize Apollo and other tools to identify and nurture potential clients.
Email Marketing & CRM Management
- Own and execute the email marketing strategy, leveraging Klaviyo for high-performing campaigns.
- Build and optimize email workflows, automation, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Track key KPIs: open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue, and list growth.
- Maintain CRM health and manage pipelines using Salesforce or similar platforms.
Performance & Reporting
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- Lead A/B testing to improve campaign engagement and deliverability.
- Provide regular reports on business development, email marketing, and lead generation performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a team of BDRs and email marketing specialists.
- Lead team meetings, provide 1:1 coaching, and make data-driven personnel decisions.
- Partner with creative, digital, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or CRM/email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce, and Apollo (or similar tools).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.
- Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working onsite during evening hours (3 PM – 2 AM, Mon–Sun).
- Lead a high-impact role at the intersection of business development and digital marketing.
