Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to lead business development initiatives and email marketing efforts.

This is a dual-focused role where you will drive growth, manage digital engagement channels, and lead a high-performing team to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue.
  • Lead outreach initiatives and ensure alignment with company sales goals.
  • Collaborate across marketing, operations, and sales to optimize lead generation pipelines.
  • Utilize tools to identify and nurture potential clients.
  • Own and execute the email marketing strategy, leveraging Klaviyo for high-performing campaigns.
  • Build and optimize email workflows, automation, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Track key KPIs: open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue, and list growth.
  • Maintain CRM health and manage pipelines using Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
  • Lead A/B testing to improve campaign engagement and deliverability.
  • Provide regular reports on business development, email marketing, and lead generation performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of BDRs and email marketing specialists.
  • Lead team meetings, provide 1:1 coaching, and make data-driven personnel decisions.
  • Partner with creative, digital, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
