Key Player in Business Solution Design and Implementation

At Convo Corp, we're seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing value realization of business solutions that align with client expectations and company standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate functional activities and manage business stakeholder interactions to ensure high-quality deliverables throughout project phases.
  • Lead international Digital Transformation projects to implement sales automation software solutions for top FMCG companies.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to accurately interpret client needs and define solution blueprints.
Challenges and Opportunities
  1. Champion an innovative and agile model to ensure state-of-the-art technology for Sales Transformation and analytics projects.
  2. Understand, map, and meet client requirements through workshops, guiding clients towards desired outcomes.
  3. Define functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and estimates while following risk assessment practices.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
  5. Engage customers on user acceptance strategy, planning, and execution phases.
  6. Demonstrate autonomous analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Understand CPG business and communicate data issues' impact on decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Analytical subject.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with strong analytical work and Business Analyst background.
  • Experience in managing functional workshops and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ability to handle end-to-end project delivery lifecycle.
  • Comfortable working with waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Background in FMCG commercial processes advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL – Python a plus.
