About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional Excel skills, and proficiency in English. This role reports to the Head of FP&A and involves developing, maintaining, and improving forecasting models.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  2. Perform data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, data tables, and power queries.
  3. Support the development and maintenance of financial models and dashboards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data.
  5. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  6. Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations as needed.
  7. Contribute to improving financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in data analysis.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  4. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data tables, and power queries.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  7. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus.
