About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven FP&A professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will analyze the financial performance of our content acquisitions, evaluate digital product margins, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. You will work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure data-driven investments and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct ROI analysis for content rights, focusing on subscription recovery, churn impact, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Evaluate digital products and services for revenue growth and profitability.
  • Assess the feasibility and financial viability of marketing campaigns before launch.
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to guide business decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for budget planning and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Product, Marketing) to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in FP&A, subscription-based business analytics, or digital finance.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experience with financial modeling and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge: Strong grasp of LTV, IRR, payback, margins, and subscription metrics.
  • Industry Exposure: Prior experience in Media, OTT platforms, or Telecom is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
