Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with deep knowledge, skills and experience in development and deployment of Python based enterprise applications, microservices, and cloud infrastructure to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate services and data systems.
  • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to manage and interact with data.
  • Leverage Pydantic/Dataclass to structure and validate data in Python projects.
  • Follow best practices and development guidelines for Python projects, ensuring code maintainability and readability.
  • Manage and deploy applications using containers such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement and manage AWS services including EC2, RDS, AWS Load Balancer, and DNS registrars like Route 53 and Cloudflare.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline processes in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in building RESTful APIs.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Pydantic and/or Dataclasses for data validation and serialization.
  • Ability to follow development guidelines and best practices in Python projects set by the team.
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Some experience with AWS services, including EC2, Auto Scaling, RDS, AWS Load Balancer, and DNS services (Route 53/Cloudflare).

Optional Skills, But a Plus:

  • Experience with FastAPI for building APIs.
  • Familiarity with MVT/MVC project structure and design patterns (DRY/SOLID).
