As an Ad Specialist, you'll implement, optimize, and report on pre-shared strategies shared by our experts for our clients.

Job Description:
  1. Developing the overall funnel strategy for clients on social media to ensure both the ad account and website are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible.
  2. Installing and managing Facebook pixels.
  3. Delivering targeted ads on social media platforms.
  4. Creating custom audiences and lookalike audiences with organic and paid campaigns.
  5. Building out campaign frameworks within ad accounts.
  6. Writing ad copy that drives conversions.
  7. Scaling and optimizing campaigns.
  8. Increasing brand awareness.
  9. Handling multiple media buying tasks and several ad accounts on an ongoing basis.
  10. Driving more traffic to the business's website or online store.
  11. Encouraging conversions like newsletter sign-ups, ticket sales, or purchases.
  12. Teamwork ability but can work alone when needed.
  13. Providing reports to Project Managers, which includes ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data as well as creative direction for clients and e-commerce stores.
  14. Working with the design team to coordinate graphic design projects.
  15. Working with the writing team to generate catchy content for optimization and conversion.
  16. Communicating with the Project Manager to ensure deadlines are met.
  17. Working with the web development team to produce Conversion Rate Optimization audits of websites.
  18. Working with the team to improve internal processes.
Experience:

MUST HAVE:

  1. Self-starter, motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet multiple deadlines.
  4. Ad Account Experience (Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn).
  5. E-commerce experience.
  6. Analytical mindset.
  7. Pure implementation strategy.
  8. Experience in basic design platforms (i.e., Canva).
  9. Experience in the subscription box industry is a plus.
  10. Potential to follow instructions and lead at the same time.
  11. Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, ClickFunnels, Webflow, and other web building platforms is a plus.
  12. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.
