Job Description:

orca digital is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to drive performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms. If you have a data-driven mindset, love optimizing ads, and are passionate about digital growth, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for performance improvements.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with insights.

Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Stay updated on digital advertising trends and algorithm changes.

Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and landing page improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

4-5 years of experience in paid media marketing.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.

Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and GA4.

Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
