Kickstart is Pakistan's leading coworking space operator, with a mission to create ease of doing business for startups, SMEs, and freelancers. We have 15 coworking spaces across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, empowering over 5,000 professionals daily.
Role Overview:As a Partnerships & Outreach Executive, you will assist in building and nurturing valuable external relationships for Kickstart. From identifying collaboration opportunities to helping execute strategic events, you'll play a key role in extending our presence and influence through meaningful partnerships. You'll report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely on brand-building activations and strategic linkages.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and reach out to potential partners, event collaborators, and external organizations.
- Assist in planning and executing external-facing events at Kickstart locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners for event and partnership logistics.
- Support execution of brand collaborations, activations, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Help develop and manage a network of relationships that contribute long-term value to Kickstart.
- Track and report engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve partner and outreach impact.
- Coordinate branded merchandise procurement and distribution for outreach campaigns.
- Someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys networking.
- Organized and dependable — able to juggle multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solver who's proactive in finding new collaboration opportunities.
- Prior experience in PR, events, business development, or partnerships is a plus.
- A team player who's eager to grow in a dynamic marketing-led environment.
