We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our IT projects and ensure excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background and leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various technologies and will be responsible for managing and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact between clients and the development team, ensuring that client requirements are met and the team is well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including web applications, mobile applications, AI, and blockchain projects.
  2. Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring successful project completion.
  3. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to project go-live.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
  5. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  6. Coordinate and lead the development team, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
  7. Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure that the team stays on track.
  8. Provide technical guidance to developers, assisting with debugging and problem-solving as needed.
  9. Ensure the successful deployment and launch of projects, overseeing the go-live process.
  10. Manage post-launch support and maintenance, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience of up to 2 years as a Project Manager in the IT industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
  3. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in web and mobile application development.
  4. Expertise in MERN Stack, Angular, ASP.NET, Java Spring, PHP, and Laravel.
  5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  6. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  7. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  9. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
