AI Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Analyst to play a critical role in the design and development of cutting-edge text and voice-based AI solutions leveraging LLMs. As a key contributor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement AI-driven internal products that enhance operational efficiency, communication and decision-making across the organization. This role combines both technical expertise and creative problem-solving to design solutions that are robust, efficient and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-quality text and voice-based AI models using advanced LLM techniques for various internal applications.
• Work on both NLP and speech recognition systems to create seamless conversational experiences for internal tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and integrate LLMs into production environments.
• Identify opportunities for AI to streamline internal operations by designing solutions that improve communication, data retrieval, customer service automation and knowledge management within the organization.
• Own the end-to-end process from ideation to deployment of LLM-based internal products.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions to identify challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs on domain-specific datasets to ensure high accuracy and relevance to the business context.
• Evaluate and benchmark the performance of models, focusing on metrics like precision, recall, F1 score and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of AI, LLMs and NLP.
• Experiment with new algorithms, tools and methodologies to enhance the quality and performance of AI solutions.
• Document the design, architecture and implementation details of LLM models.
• Report on project progress, model performance and insights to management and relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence.
• Relevant certifications in NLP, AI, or Machine Learning are a plus.
• Proven experience in developing NLP-based and voice recognition solutions using latest LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with expertise in libraries like Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch and spaCy.
• Experience in speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies like DeepSpeech, Google Speech API, Kaldi
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Hugging Face for AI model deployment and scalability.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation techniques specific to NLP and voice applications.
• Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and fine-tune models for optimal performance.
• Creative and critical thinking to apply AI solutions to business problems and organizational needs.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams with strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
