About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Analyst to help scale our marketing and sales performance across multiple channels. In this role, you will analyze trends, identify opportunities for customer acquisition, and optimize conversion funnels to accelerate business growth. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Analyze marketing and sales data to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.


• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns, funnels, and customer segments.


• Design and execute experiments (A/B tests) to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.


• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.


• Build dashboards and reports to communicate insights and performance metrics.


• Provide data-backed recommendations for lead generation, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.


• Stay updated on growth marketing best practices, tools, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or data analytics.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, or BI dashboards.


• Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads).


• Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing attribution models.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:


• Experience working with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).


• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).


• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment.
