Job Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in binary options or online trading platforms to lead the development of a next-generation trading experience, similar to Quotex but with enhanced features, security, and scalability.

You'll be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the roadmap, and working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to build a world-class trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap

Gather, document, and translate business and user requirements into technical specs

Prioritize features and functionality based on business impact and user experience

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery

Research competitor platforms (e.g., Quotex, IQ Option, Olymp Trade) to identify market gaps

Drive the development of trading features: user wallets, order management, price feeds, real-time charting, etc.

Work closely with legal/compliance teams to ensure KYC/AML and regional regulations are met

Analyze usage data and user feedback to continuously improve the platform

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in fintech or trading

Deep understanding of binary options, forex, crypto, or stock trading platforms

Familiarity with trading features: price charts, profit/loss calculations, position management

Strong knowledge of user journeys, platform UX, and conversion metrics

Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, compliance)

Excellent communication, planning, and documentation skills (Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc.)

Analytical mindset with experience using data for decision-making

Nice to Have:

Background in finance, economics, or quant-related fields

Experience working with WebSocket or real-time data environments

Prior experience in launching a product from zero to launch

Familiarity with KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, or other compliance frameworks
