Overview

Business Development Executive, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) role focusing on expanding partnerships and conducting outreach efforts to potential companies. Based with Bold Investment Japan, a private equity firm in Tokyo that supports growth for entrepreneurs and businesses. The role emphasizes identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Location: Pakistan (preferred region: Karachi area).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish partnerships with companies in Pakistan that align with Bold Investment's strategic goals.
  • Conduct outreach to offer investment and financial services, including business acquisitions and growth financing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Present Bold Investment's services and value proposition to prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; 1+ year of professional experience in one of the following sectors: Cement, Food, IT, Textile, Energy, or Brokerage House.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing; demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
