We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-growing engineering team. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing and building scalable web applications and APIs that power our platform. You'll work across both frontend and backend services, with a strong focus on React and Python, and deploy robust solutions in cloud environments like AWS or GCP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using React and Python (preferably Flask or Django).
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-impact features.
  • Handle API development, integration, and efficient database operations.
  • Ensure system performance and reliability across cloud infrastructures (AWS or GCP).
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Advanced expertise in React, including Hooks and component lifecycle.
  • Strong backend development experience with Python (Flask or Django preferred).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP.
  • Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a team-first, collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
