WADIC is seeking a talented Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python Developer with a strong background in Django to help develop innovative, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a key contributor, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to transform requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable Python code using the Django framework.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
  • Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Python development with a focus on web applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Django framework.
  • In-depth understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in developer communities.
