We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant – Amazon to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will assist with product listings, order management, customer service, and overall store maintenance on Amazon. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords).
  • Handle daily order processing, inventory tracking, and stock updates.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch and fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and claims professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor and improve product performance, rankings, and customer reviews.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns, deals, and coupons setup.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Amazon Store Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other marketplaces (eBay, Walmart, Shopify) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO for Amazon.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
